[Kabar-Irian] Update (admin note)

kabar-irian and irja.org servers will be down for a scheduled upgrade on
Saturday, 3 June.

There will be a major upgrade of the operating system from FreeBSD 5.4
to FreeBSD 6.1 and all installed software.

We will take the system offline and start the backup and upgrade
sometime after noon on Saturday EST.  The system will be down for the
remainder of the day and possibly into the evening until the process
is complete.

This outage will affect all email, websites, and FTP.
